We offer the warranty after shipping for 1 day for cut flowers , for pot flowers one month , three months for other non- perishable products, unless the manufacturers warranty for a longer time on the market of the product in Hungary .

We can only exchange goods only with the original invoices , if not the size , color , shape , etc.are not suitable,but only if the product is not damaged ! The replacement guarantee does not apply to cut flowers !

The seller is responsible for the guarantee and warranty in accordance with the Civil Code and the117/1991 . ( IX.10 . ) No. Government Regulation shall prevail .

While ordering you have the unconditional right of withdrawal, according to Government Regulation 17 / 1999th set out in detail .
